die Route fürt vom Trubschachen, über die Risisegg weiter über den Südostgrat bis zum Napf, es sind sehr viele Tore und Zäune zu öffnen, vom Napf Richtung Niederänzi zum Teil ziemlich steil, und aufgrund der vielen Wurzeln nicht alles fahrbar, Teilstück Hochänzi bis Lushütte sehr viele Schiebepassagen danach bis zur Lüderenalp wieder besser fahrbar, Abfahrt hinunter Richtung Langnau i.E., abbiegen nach Gohl und von Bärau zurück nach Trubschachen.
