Nach ¾ Stunden erreichst Du mühelos, bzw. nach den ersten 10 Minuten völlig verkehrsfrei Sternenegg mit seiner Klischeealpwirtschaft, wo man sich unweigerlich in die für die Gäste bereit gehaltenen Alpenpanorama-Sonnenstühle hineinsetzt und von Schwyzerörgeli-Musik beschallen lässt.

Der steile  und vornehmlich ruppige Aufstieg zum Nühüttli fordert ein paar Körner ab. Durchtrainierte fahren ohne abzusteigen durch.

Der darauf folgende Wegabschnitt um den Spirstock via Nielenstock würde ich nachträglich wegen der Wegbeschaffenheit im obersten Drittel (sumpfige Kuhtritte) nicht mehr anfahren. Stattdessen würde ich das Bike auf den Spirstock hinaufbuckeln bevorzugen, um im Gegenzug eine lupenreine Kammabfahrt zu buchen.

Der südlich ausgerichtete besonnte Weg bis zur Ibergeregg entlang kommt ordentlich verspielt daher. Der Schwyzerweg ab Ibergeregg hinunter nach Oberiberg über Hochmoore sucht in Sachen Traumlandschaften seinesgleichen.
